Sales person was nice, and very helpful. The prices were OK wish there was a sale at the time of my purchase. Also more stock of certain items should be ordered.

I had a $10 coupon I wanted to use and forgot about it until after the purchase was made. The associate said there was nothing I could do about it and save it for the next purchase. It would have been nice for the associate to ask if I had any coupons prior to ringing up the sale

The cost is a factor. There are long waiting times for assistance. I have gone to this store 3 times within a month. This time I wanted the same associate, however she was off, Reem. Upon check-out, I advised the associate, Nicole J, I wanted to leave a hello note for Reem. It was after we'd been checked out and asked to leave a hello note Nicole J informed us for future visits we need to mention Reem's name so that she may get the credit. Nicole was aware Reem was the associate we had seen in the past because we asked for her at the beginning at the sign in and at the counter. It was only after we asked to leave a noted she made us aware of mentioning Reem's name for future purchases. We felt had we not asked to leave a note she would not have mentioned it. We felt she knew the protocol and didn't follow it and would be afraid Reem/mgmt would find out if we spoke to Reem in the future. It was very uncomfortable.

Overall the experience is good. Unfortunately the excessively long waits to be assisted is rather frustrating. This encounter was probably a 30 minute wait, and the store was not busy. Other times I have actually left due to the insanely long wait times.

I know there was a after holiday sales in progress and the store was full of waiting customers, but I still felt rushed to make my choices and purchases by the sales associate. The sales associate never really even looked me in the eyes during my time buying the items. She just asked me what I wanted, I told her and she rang up my purchases. Bam! That was the extent of my time "speaking" with an associate. No "is there anything else you were interested in", or "do you have any questions regarding our sale"? I am not saying at all that the associate was rude in any way, just not very friendly. And this was my first time visiting this particular location.

I went into the store with a very cranky 2 year old. The staff were great about getting me what I was looking for and entertaining my son for me. I was very satisfied with my in store purchase. I was frustrated after a bad experience with online purchases for Pandora. But the service I received in the store renewed my confidence in the Pandora product. Thank you!
