I was satisfied just not with one of the sales associates who seen me standing at the counter and did not help or get any one to help me

There is some flaws

The price was too high for such a small thing and you can not even read what it says. Also for my first experience I expected more from the sales clerk

just didn't seem "highly" satisfied at the time

It was just ok.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit the store.

I would have greatly appreciated a Sales Associate that offered suggestions, explained the current promotions that I was eligible to take advantage of and make suggestions on what to buy.

The greeter at the door was so rude, barely wanted to write down my name and acted like I shouldn't have been shopping in the store

I believe the charms are over priced. It also took a few minutes to speak with an associate and I did not know I needed to sign in when I walked in. I wish all the charms were in 1 location.
