I would have greatly appreciated a Sales Associate that offered suggestions, explained the current promotions that I was eligible to take advantage of and make suggestions on what to buy.

The greeter at the door was so rude, barely wanted to write down my name and acted like I shouldn't have been shopping in the store

I believe the charms are over priced. It also took a few minutes to speak with an associate and I did not know I needed to sign in when I walked in. I wish all the charms were in 1 location.
