The service was good, it was an in and out transaction. Nothing grand really transpired. The sales lady did good.

The wait time was longer than I would like and the store was slightly crowded so I could not view all of the cases. However, the sales associate assisted me when I told her what I was looking to do with my bracelet and I was happy with my purchase.

i was slightly disappointed because the merchandise I had purchased had no sales discounts. But,I was extremely satisfied with my merchandise, so was my lady!!

Because the wait was long

Not enough sales people to handle the customer load Not enough time to look at merchandise before buying Price on items is sometimes too expensive

There was a small issue in locating one of the charms that I wanted and my salesperson was not really familiar with what the next steps should be on finding it. She has to reach out to someone else for assistance finally.

They didn’t have what I went to get and they couldn’t order it for me I would have to do it on my own I was so excited thinking Pandora finally had the charm I had been emailing about and this store doesn’t carry it

I was satisfied the associate did a great job but I brought my bracelet in to get clean and it’s not as clean as it looks in the store
