The sales associate who was the host for the day was very rude. She eventually realized that she was rude when I responded to her the way she approached me and my mother. Her attempt was thwarted because I was involved in a transaction and very pleasant conversation with Yadira, my sales specialist.

There were 5 employees standing at the registers when I walked in with no other customers in the store. I had to walk directly up to them before being greeted, then one finally assisted me. I explained that I needed to exchanged items purchased online during the sale and purchase a charm. She didn't ask any questions or engage in conversation, but completed the exchange and showed the charms. She was not extremely helpful in determining the appropriate bracelet size. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

Although the charm I went to the store for was not available I was able to find an alternative and I was satisfied with what I received. I also found a purchase for my next visit that I like as a result of the associate assisting me. Overall positive visit l.
