Second time ever in Pandora first time in this store I felt as if I was a theft in the night she had my paid for days ago bracelet she took with her to every counter and she dropped my bracelet I will be going back downtown Chicago

The product I wanted was in stock

Because I bought a faulty Essence bracelet and had to wait almost a month for the shipment of the new bracelet.

I had a great experience with Pandora because I have a lot of jewelry from them and I love the material of the jewelry and its beautiful overall all my daughters and nieces has them and its popular jewelry and its affordable and its what ever female wants for the special occasions or just because

I was satisfied with the experience at pandora. A bit busy but it was a friday so i understand.

The sales associate who was the host for the day was very rude. She eventually realized that she was rude when I responded to her the way she approached me and my mother. Her attempt was thwarted because I was involved in a transaction and very pleasant conversation with Yadira, my sales specialist.

Some choices in the book are not available until June. No sales at time of visit.

There were 5 employees standing at the registers when I walked in with no other customers in the store. I had to walk directly up to them before being greeted, then one finally assisted me. I explained that I needed to exchanged items purchased online during the sale and purchase a charm. She didn't ask any questions or engage in conversation, but completed the exchange and showed the charms. She was not extremely helpful in determining the appropriate bracelet size. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

Although the charm I went to the store for was not available I was able to find an alternative and I was satisfied with what I received. I also found a purchase for my next visit that I like as a result of the associate assisting me. Overall positive visit l.
