I was able to get what I needed an the sales person was helpful and friendly .

I was looking for a charm for volleyball, but they didn't have it. Also nothing for godparents and God children.

Because of prices of merchandise

I was highly satisfied with this experience. You had great workers and had all of the charms I was looking for. I was very happy.

My customer service experience was great, and the store was clean. The price of the merchandise is very expensive however. It is easy to spend 600.00 on charms. That said I will return, as the jewelry was beautiful.

My bracelett was not cleaned, I gave it to the associate to have it cleaned. When I received it back it did not seen to have been cleaned.

The service was great and the atmosphere remarkable. I only wish I was informed there would be upcoming sale 2 days later.

There is no particular reason. I feel there is always a way for improvements in anything. I also feel the prices are ridiculously high for Pandora in general

It's always crowed and your waiting time to be seen is always 20 minutes or more.

I asked for dark green charms and the associate said there were none on sale. Went back the next day and there were plenty.
