I wanted to buy additional items once i made the purchase and the manager who was assisting me said I had to get back on the list to wait to make another purchase. I feel that if I were white the scenario would have played out a little differently.

I like the merchandise, however I feel it is a bit expensive. The merchandise is pretty for a while, but it starts to dull very soon. I tend to purchase when there is a promotion.

The Pandora store layout isnt very customer friendly. There really isn't a set area for everything. I also don't like that there are so many items offered in the books and online that are never in the store. It takes away from the complete shopping experience.

This was my first visit to the store and I was interested in making a large purchase for a gift. And, I was slightly interested in making a personal purchase. However, the was filled and the service clerk was overwhelmed with trying to service the high volume of customers and as a result it cut my purchasing experience.

All of the charms I wanted were not in stock! In such a large store, I would have thought that the stock would be better. This was reminiscent of my first visit here where I had to buy a larger bracelet because my size was sold out. I was extremely disappointed by this because I had planned to buy two or three charms and receive the free bracelet offer to finally get a smaller bracelet that fits better. Now the sale is over and I am stuck with the larger one.

merchandise is a little pricey. Not a huge selection of Rose Gold. I was fitted for a bracelet thats a little snug. I will be revisiting the store to be resized.

The selection of charms available in store versus on the internet are deceiving. A ton of charms online are not in season anymore. Wish there was a way to see what was really available in-store while on-line
