The wait to get into Pandora was ridiculous. After waiting 45 minutes, the clerk didn't even have my name of the list. The selection for what I was looking for was not easily found. I felt like I kind of settled.

Was happy with everything except the wait (last year was the worst), this year a half hour. A chair would be nice. The wait would not be as painful (back). I will be back.

The store was crowded and there was only one person working on the registers. This made the wait longer.

Highly Satisfied indicates, in my opinion, something extraordinary. There was nothing extraordinary. Just a basic visit. My visit was just okay.

The bracelet I was given to purchase was bent. She reached in the case for another & it was bent as well. She had to call over the mgr to open a display case to find a bracelet in good condition. There weren't many charms available & they were out of the gift with purchase item. However I was reminded of the next promo....
