when I purchased the bracelet with my boyfriend the first time the associate took us right away and it was an in and out experience. When I arrived at home to put charms on my bracelet none of my charms were able to fit on this bracelet so it was just an inconvenience to have go back and exchange for the same exact one because it was defective.

There were only 2 people working when I got there. I asked who was the manager on duty and if she was coming out of the back to take customers or not. Finally she came out and helped people and the line started to move. This is not a good experience. I'm a big Pandora collector and I feel that I wasn't valued at all.

The sale person was so short word. The store didn’t have many items in.

When I entered the store there were two sales associate behind the counter busy assisting another customer and another customer on his cellular phone. That was fine but there was no acknowledgement of me being their at all. I walked the entire store still no acknowledgement. A couple walked in and immediately they were assisted. I did not complain or say anything I just waited my turn. After that a few other associates surfaced, one with a broom and the other with a scanner. Another girl came to where I was and finally acknowledged me and helped me. She was very nice and attentive but the other girls acted as if I was not there.

There were more than one sales persons and all were not helping customers the wait to make purchase was to long.

I do not like the process of making us wait in a line outside the store when the store was not even busy. It all just seemed silly. Also, I thinking making us sign in just to look was silly as well. They were out of stock on several charms.

The prices for some of the items was too high. The sale promotion was not mentioned nless I asked about it. Items on sale was not visible.

It is ridiculous to have to wait in line for an hour to go into a store where there are only a couple of sales associates working. One associate talked to a customer for a half hour when she could have been assisting others.

It was very busy so there was about a 30 minute wait to be assisted. During the holiday season there should be a little more people staffed to get the wait time down because there were a lot of people that turned around due to the wait.
