I love the merchandise. The Associates is always pleasant and know the merchandise they are selling. I enjoyed experience when coming into the store.

it was just ok

I was crunched for time and the sales associate insisted on showing me more pieces. She was very nice and helpful but I kept trying to get out of there and she wouldn't let me. The last piece that she insisted on showing me I will be returning. I had already told her I did not like the dangle charms.

The location I visited was busy at the moment so honestly I can’t say I was highly satisfied because they did their best to make sure everyone was helped

The sales associate was nice, but acted as if she was ready to go home. Not providing great customer service in my opinion and at this time my opinion is the only one that counts. I do like shopping at this store. However, the temperature in this store is way to high and this makes it uncomfortable to shop for a long period of time. You are just trying to get out as fast as you can.

Everything was fine, there was a little wait,but overall everything was fine.

The sales associate seemed to have a few struggles locating items, and then she was really pushing me to get other things, and I felt like she was a car salesman, and I didn't like that.

When I entered the store, there’s a sign in sheet as I was signing in the sales associate asked if I needed help if I’m inside the store yes I need help we kind of had a little back and forth and then eventually I was shown what I was looking for this was my first time in normally it’s my husband

I personally would have liked to see a larger selection of charms. Some of the items that I really liked were not designed to fit my bracelet style. Then while the pricing on charms seems reasonable, the bracelets themselves are more expensive than I originally thought.
