I received 2 bracelets as a gift, when worn the 1st and only time the bracelet had completely came of my arm due to faulty clamp. First experience in store, sales person new and I assume in training. Other sale associates helped her assist me due to her knowledge. Overall I am Satisfied spent over$500.00 that I did not plan.

I went to get My bracelets cleaned I had a total Of 10 After leaving them and coming back I was not satisfy on how they Were clean They still seemed dirty.

I have no problems with the store, it is the location of the store, I wish you had a location that was a little closer to where I live.

I was satisfied nothing spectacular about the experience while shopping. While an associate was helping me, another employee took the book that we were using. The associate who was helping me had to move me to another side of the store and find another book to ring me up. The employee who took the book was inconsiderate and not respecting my time along with her coworker.

They staff weren’t as helpful at this location. In terms of making suggestions for the sale. My salesperson seemed uninterested in the sale. Very short. But this store is was not as busy. So, that’s a plus!

I was required to sign in upon arrival , after waiting a while approximately ten minutes: I noticed that customers who arrived after me were being assisted. Upon inquiry, I was told that someone had lined through my name however, I never witnessed any names being called. When I bought my concern to Ms. Therese she was apologetic and waited on me immediately. I would like to mention that my husband made a purchase for Mothers Day and she recognized him by acknowledging his presence. She represented your organization well by rendering customer service at it's finest, her No. 141157, her service was the deciding factor on my purchase and my return

I was not highly satisfied because I have had better experience at this location before. Was not greeted when I came in. My name was overlooked and another waiting customer that came in after me was seen before me.
