I like knowing service will not slack off, but if I give a highly satisfied rating, I may not get the service I expect.

I used to work as a sales associate at another PANDORA location so I was aware of how the iconic gifts sets work. The sales associates had no idea how to do it. I had to tell them how to do it.

I was not highly satisfied because the sale associate was not knowledgeable about the product and did not understand English very well.

The Ladies were very friendly and attentive. Jana was very patient and knowledgable about new and older charms. I really enjoyed my experience at Pandora.

Great customer service. Friendly and clean environment. Nice selection of jewelry.

This was my first visit and purchase so I had no expectations.

No one asked me if I needed help at first.

The lady kept tring to add in things doing way to much to get extra money now if i aint have extra id look broke and. Just tell the ladys to chill on tring to get more money out the people

Initial sales associate was rude.

I signed in and I had to wait again because they inadvertently skipped another person that came before me. Someone had crossed the customer's name off. So I had to wait over 15 minutes.
