The way the price is not shown on some charms n if u have a coupon it doesn't want to accept it with the price that's on sale so that leaves the sale person have to calculate by hand so u like ok so r u getting the right price of saving n the tickets price is so confusing not satisfied on that part I want to be able to know exactly what I'm spending n what I'm saving.

There was a long wait time. The item I wanted was in the booklet but won't actually be out until November. It was difficult to move around the store.

I called the store for an ring I was looking for and after being on hold for 15 minutes they told me they had them. I went to the store and they didn’t. This is the second time this occurs mentioned to the associate and nothing was done it was ignored

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store which was nice and all the associates were busy giving customers the attention they deserve. I was called by name in a timely manner.

My 1.5 year old necklace broke. I didn't snag on anything and wasn't doing anything to cause this when it fell off. Sales associate got Manager, who came and looked at it and quickly said, this break isn't covered, it is from wear and tear, she did give me a 25% discount on a new one, but, that didn't help my dissatisfaction in your product breaking the way it did. I Love mine, it was a gift from my twin and my family has added to it, I'm just afraid the next time it breaks, I won't be sitting at my desk! Your sales associates & store are wonderful, and, I LOVE the charms! I just wish I had more confidence in your bracelets!
