The necklace I wanted to purchase was not in stock. When asked if it could be ordered online. Sales rep was sarcastic and began listing other states it was available in ex. Kentucky. Of course im not driving for a necklace.

Maybe because it was black Friday but it was really slow and then the computer shut down so we were there for like an hour or two.

The sales associate was not very tentative. Didn’t ask additional questions to understand what I was looking for. Didn’t offer any style suggestions.

A better process needs to be put in place for the holiday shopping. This visit was during the Black Friday sale so I expected to wait the problem I had was after waiting an hour to select my items I had to wait again to pay for my items. Some of the associates who retrieved the items had handheld devices to check the customer out right there. Unfortunately I wasn’t one of the lucky customers so I witnessed customers who came in after me leave before me.

The sales person was knowledgeable but I felt that she was a little too pushy. She kept adding more charms to my bracelet after I told her I was there only for one item

I was only dissatisfied with today's visit because of the items I personally prefer are not offered by Pandora. But I was satisfied with the items I did purchase.

Everyone was was very nice and friendly the store was clean and the workers had a good attitude thank you Jana for your help will be back soon.
