I was not able to use my $10 off birthday reward. The manager stated it had to be used online but it didn't specify in the email that it needed to be an online purchase.

I think the store could be a little larger. Every time that I have visited this store, I had to put my name on a Sign In sheet. This doesn't work well for people who are in a hurry and cannot afford to wait 30-40 minutes to see a sales associate.

i had purchased an pandora ring about 3 years ago and when asked to clean it . i got a strange look as if i was lying about the ring to be clean She finally compiled after about 2 minutes

The items I wanted to purchase were either sold out, or discontinued. In addition, many on the charms were marked higher than the actual website.

I told the sales representative that I wanted to make 2 separate transactions for my purchases. She kept saying that I should make one transaction and use two different forms for payment

I don’t like giving higher marks because there is always room for improvement. I don’t want the quality of service to fall.
