During the Pandemic it took a long time (3 days) for associate to return call to place a curbside order.

They never said that they could do returned or exchanges when you purchased item. I think that total miss leading when purchasing from the store in Orland Park, Ill.

One of the other reasons I came was for a cleaning. Due to Co Vid-19, I was not able to get my bracelet cleaned. I understand that to certain extent.

Because my bracelet was only available online and the store would not order it to replace my defective bracelet instead I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a repair

The selection is getting smaller with fewer color options. There are no orange and little to no red or yellow charms. The prices are a bit too high by at least $5 - $10. Finally, no military or veterans discount unless it's Memorial or Veterans' Day. Many business give at least 10% with every purchase. Fortunately I am finished with my second bracelet and will start another. Pandora is getting out of my league and preferences.

There was no greeter, usually someone is at the door to greet you with water. But the water was in the back in a basket.
