Zoe was very professionally and she knew exactly what I wanted once I told her the reason for my visit. She showed me the items that were for sale. She knew her product. This is a prime example of great customer service. She needs to be the trainer for new employees.

I was not highly satisfied in the amount of products available. I wish there were more options for choose from in the stacking rings. I would have loved more options!

I didn't say I was unsatisfied. Not to give you the rate you wanted is unfair. The service I received was good. The location I visited was a matter of convenience, not to go everytime I want to add to my collection .

The sales associate I had was very nice and quite knowledgable she has excellent customer service skills, and was very personable. The greeter at the door needs some work she wasn't very friendly or welcoming she was the only blemish on my visit to pandora

I requested my receipt to be emailed to me but i have yet to receive it, they said it has been sent, but i haven't received it. I have contacted the store once now i am attempting to call again.

I have two charms and the rose gold is starting to fade and I was not happy with the response that I got about the quality of the charm. I was just told that the charms are likely to fade and perhaps I should consider not purchasing the same type of charms.
