I was highly impressed with the 1 on 1 salesperson to each customer experience. I also liked how knowledgeable the rep was with the different jewelry options. The store was very considerate with offering water to their customers standing in line to get in store.

I came for a popular charm but it was sold out. My over experience was great. The sales person Essence was amazing and helpful.

I am still disappointed that the Bank that issued my Pandora canceled.my account after four years of being a great customer. I guess Pandora only want customers who leave balances on their account to collect the high interest rates. Pandora should not offer the no interest if paid within the time frame if you going to penalize customer for taking advantage of the promotion. Just bad busy on my opinion.

Due to covid related long line, I think customers should've been given a time limit in the store. Especially since we were given a catalog while waiting...a 30 mins visit for one person was excessive

I wasn't satisfied with the associate who assisted with my last online curbside pickup order. She was rude that my husband and I decided to go in the store instead of continuing with the curb side pickup. The associate in the store was very helpful. She's the reason why my rating increased to satisfied. If I had to base my rating off the previous associate, chances are I wouldn't shop at the Orland Park location again.
