The wait time was ridiculous i waited 45 minutes outside the store. The signage stated the capacity was fifteen people. They had nine at a time. They have no coordination on how to handle the large volume. They had a couple that literally stayed in the store the entire 45 minutes tried on several things as I watched from the window and left with nothing. This can be avoided if they passed out catalogs while we wait. Give a 35 minute time for each customer with a limit of what you try on. Make sure that you are working at capacity to maximize on profit. Come properly staffed. Have someone solely for catalogs and cutsomer service, then someone for cleaning jewelry. This last visit wasn't great at all and I spend lots of money with Pandora!

I was not highly satisfied because of the wait time get into the store. That is really the only dissatisfaction that I experienced.

Salesperson was awesome. My only problem was inadequate supplies for the promotion that was going on. It suppose to last through August and the were completely out in less than a week. I think Something should have been offered in its place be it discount or another item.

I feel the prices of your charms are over priced. Charms should be in the 30.00-50.00 price range. I am glad I got my bracelet and charms 4 years ago when the were affordable
