I was disappointed that Pandora doesn't offer a "Nana" charm. When you have always been called Nana by your grandbabies, Grandma charm just does not cut it. I know so many people who are Nana, not Grandma.

My husband brought me two charms for my birthday over $170.00. I left two charm bracelets with 25 on one bracelets and 12 charms on another bracelet to be clean. When I pick the bracelets up and got home I notice both bracelets was still dirty. Neither one had been clean. I have spend to much money at Pandora to receive this kind of service. This is horrible. Several people who shop at Pandora couldn’t believe how bad my bracelets look and was supposed to have been clean.
