Fast service and great customer service! I really liked the bracelet and charm I purchased from the store!

The first associate didn’t seem to want to help. I left and came back in hopes of getting a different associate. The item I wanted showed available in the system but, was not in the store.

Sometimes things and or actions are never 100%. Pandora looses points with me due to the company being a supporter of Donald Trump.

I lost my dad recently to Covid and I wanted to have something to remind me of him and the sales representative knew what to show me

The salesperson did not style my bracelet

It was my first time buying Pandora and the sales lady was very friendly

Just made me feel comfortable with my purchase I just don’t like when other customers are close and trying to see the case I’m standing by i think it should be more space out

Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. No one came to assist with or offer service

I was satisfied with everything. The associate knew right away what I was talking about. The item I was looking for was in stock.

With the current situation the timely of the experience. Before the pandemic it was very easy to purchase whatever you wanted without the wait.
