My sales person was nice and helpful but not as knowledgeable. She wasn’t able to make recommendations based on what I had. She relied on me saying what I wanted.

It seems that the associates don't bring out certain merchandise if u dont ask, like they try to get rid of certain things b4 other items and they never have the popular items that are advertised

It was what I expected in my shopping experience. I did not have a "wow" experience, but neither was I expecting one, so it was ok. I really don't like to give exceptional ratings, unless something exceptional happens.

My experience was overall decent. I would like there to be more promotions because I always tend to spend over $100. I am excited for the promotion at the end of the month where you send over $125 you get a free bracelet!

After applying for the credit card i could of been given the opportunity to get the sale the buying 125.00 worth of charms and getting the bracelet free. Instead of coming back to this town and returning my purchase and getting the deal today.

I was not highly satisfied as I had to wait outside the store for quite some time - even after customers had exited. There were at least 5 employees working and at one point (about 5-7 minutes) there was only 1 customer in the store. Frustrating to feel like we were being kept waiting.
