I have 2 pandora bracelets. One is completely filled with charms. The second one is half Way filled. The second one was purchased the end of 2018. It is known to have problems and defects, I think it should have been replaced. A lot of money has been spent. I ended up spending $148.16. Purchasing a safety clasp charm and a bracelet for my grand daughter. That particular 2nd bracelet had fallen off 5 times within the last month. Tooooo much money spent on charms. I cried, but u still made another purchase. I think I'll be done with Pandora now.

There was a very long line and not enough associates. Was returning items that totally looked better on line than in actuality. The price of some charms are toooooo high for the appearance

too long of a wait some charms that I was interested in were not available although, not your problem, other customers in the store were rude

The selection of colors are limited in some areas. For example, I wanted red spacers but they are no longer available. Also, there seems to be no ethnic/cultural variance in the charms. I see various countries’ flags and so much Disney but no Wakanna or LatinX related charms.

The wait time to get inside the store was 1 hour, I came to the mall strictly for pandora and was stuck just sitting there so I was not happy about that but once I got inside I was in and out in 15 mins

I was looking for two bract and charms to put on the bracelets but it seemed like the associate didn’t want to show me the charms, she just kept telling me to look in the book.

I dropped my bracelet off a couple of weeks ago to get it cleaned. As I purchased new charms, it was discovered that my bracelet was not fully cleaned. However, the rep resolved the issue.
