Sales rep Dwana was very rude. She didn’t greet us. She didn’t seem to really want to help us. She keep rolling her eyes at us. We ignored and made the most of the experience.

Curbside service was offered but there was no way to place the order. Left 2 messages on 2 different days with no call back Just went to the store to purchase.

I came to the store and waithed at least 5 minutes outside the store to be helped. There were at least 3 staff who where not helping customers. I would have felt better if one of the staff (perhaps manager) would have said "someone would be helping me soon." I felt invisible. The person who finally came to help me was good.

The reason I did not select highly satisfied was that during my visit, some of the workers were talking way more than they should have, instead of helping guests in a swifter fashion
