Charms are expensive. Store was crowded. Some charms are very expensive.

The sales associate that help me out was not knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store or any sells or promotions. She tried to find a charm I was looking for the and another associate told her it was in the back room and they could not sell it. Disappointed!

The customer service was fine. But for safety reasons the lines were long. Also I had an 1 1/2 wait before going into the store. But that’s not the fault of the sales person or the company they were just taking safety precautions so I wasn’t upset
