My customer service rep was very informative. She knew exactly what I was trying to explain to her about the jewelry that I wanted. She also suggested various charms that I really like .

Nicole was awesome but the new trainee sold me on the new bracelets . Her name was Priscilla . She was fantastic . They both were very helpful.
