Our salesperson Danielle J., helped us pick the right charms for our bracelets. She sounded very knowledgeable of the prices and the specific charms. Even helped my mom find her type of bracelet all under her budget. That shows that she’s willing to work with what you got and do her best for the customers. Lovely lady!

The employee I spoke to was very helpful and sweet. She was very good at her job. I love the ring I got and it was easy to pick out.

I was highly satisfied because for once Pandora had more employees scheduled for work on that Saturday. I was satisfied that there wasn’t a line for me to wait in until my turn. And I was satisfied because I caught a good sale on a bangle bracelet.

The store manager helped us and she was amazing, so friendly and very knowledgeable of product. The store was laid out so well and it was easy to look at things. The time she took with us to help us find the perfect pieces was fast but also we felt like we were the only ones there. Great customer service!

I find Pandora to be a very classy jewelry option and versatile with my wardrobe. It is also a very versatile gift option for all ages. All my purchases have been phenomenal!
