Very slow no one said hello to me and very rude

They don’t know what they doing I wait more than 30 minutes for the machine to be fixed

Providence place mall manager was horrible and rude

I purchased a ring in December 2021, I recently lost a diamond out of that ring. I simply wanted a refund as the product was clearly defective and I was not interested in replacing it but was not allowed to. I was forced to take another product home with me despite not wanting it.

Christmas gift was exchanged that was purchased online. I would have thought that I would pay the difference price instead or a return and new purchase

extremely rude staff member to my cousin who tried picking the ring up for me. ignorant and not helpful at all what so ever. just rude and inconsiderate

The associated wasn't that friendly...I couldn't get a second bag for my sister's gift..and I didn't see a variety of clearance merchandise..very disappointing 😕

Very upset the tried to humiliate Nike when I asked about getting gift bags even after making my 500 dollars purchase i will never return to this Pandora branch

No one greet me when I came in. I had no one to help me. When I ask a worker for help she was giving attitude to me. So rude. First time at the store last time too.
