the person helping me i believe she has blonde hair, she has a bad attitude and tossed the rings on the counter instead on placing it respectfully and trying to help me. She needs better customer service or work somewhere else if you’re going to be miserable

I arrived one hour and half before closing, and there were three customers in front of me and the manager Came outside of the store and told me it was better that I didn’t wait line for my turn because I may not make it in the store before closing I disagreed with her and told her I would take the chance because I really needed to buy a gift which I felt she just didn’t want to have any one in the store after closing which is fine but I really think she doesn’t care to provide 100 percent Customer satisfaction I think she could’ve came outside and told the customers maybe half hour prior to the store closingbut it was very unappropriate what she did and At the end of the day the store lost many sales I believe the manager Needs training on her sales and also I believe all she had to do was come outside and make us aware of what could happen and not tell us to get off the line

I went to Pandora in providence place mall to buy a lot of charms and the association was not helpful and was rude. I understand that people are being extra cautious due to the Covid but she was not helpful at all. Very bad experience will not be going there no more I will take my business somewhere else .

Yesterday the sales associate was not so proactive or even trying to show more options, fortunately I looked at all the pieces online, I could buy more if she had showed me more charms. This Store is a bit complicated, my friend had 2 problems already with her bracelet and they never helped her. Also we had the worst experience recently. We waited in the line for about 30 minutes last week, and the manager did not allow me to get in together,3 adults and 1child) she allowed people after us to get in and said we only could get in we our friend get out of the store.Why we 4 could not get in together? It makes no sense!!!!!!! We went together but we 3 had a list of purchases. Unfortunately this stores is the only one around and I felt so disrespected that I went to Swarovisk to buy my gifts.

Sales associate was very rude and was rushing me out of the store. I went in for a ring, but didn’t even receive a ring box or bag.. she just gave me the receipt and rushed me out of the store. I knew what I wanted but she would talk to me so fast in a way that seemed like she did not want to help me

5 of 12 charms I’ve purchsed have broken or fallen apart . When trying to have them replaced I’m always given a hard time , if given any help at all . The blame is always placed on anything other than defective or poor quality product . One charm couldn’t be replaced because it wasn’t offered at the location I went to . They claimed they couldn’t even order it . And I could go on with the ridiculous excuses but why ? Needless to say I won’t be adding any more charms to my bracelet nor will I purchase any other Pandora products . I will also tell anyone who asks the way you treat your customers after their money is taken .

Once I got my queued associates she was not very helpful in suggestions. I picked out 3 rings and she wasn’t able to find my size. She did however find herself a nice ring to wear. She didn’t pull much out for me to look at. Very bummed.

The store was understaffed. There was a long wait time. Lastly, there was no system as to what order people should be helped in.

The sales associates were not friendly, or welcoming. I was by myself for a larger portion of the time. The sales associates were too busy having a conversation about their personal lives to offer me any assistance. As soon as I had picked out a ring, the associate was ready to ring me out without asking if I wanted anything else. I was interested in a necklace as well. I felt rushed, and like the associate was not helpful at all. She barely spoke to me. I am extremely dissatisfied and for the price and reputation that Pandora has had in the past, I was expecting much more than this service.
