The sales person was nice, but did not seem very enthused about helping us. I purchased three beads and a silk bracelet for my 11 year old granddaughter and spent over $180.00. I am not sure that the bracelet clasp will be strong enough to not come open with putting clothes on and off. Also, we were not give a jewelry bag for storage. That occurred to me after we left the store. It would have been a nice touch.

I went in for an exchange on 2 bracelets that were too small. One was out of stock so i asked to exchange at least the other one since it was a xmas gift. The associate did the exchange however placed the same bracelet back in the box. I made sure to ask "are you sure thats the new/ bigger bracelet". She responded "yes, i checked." I got home and was about to wrap the gift when i realized i waited in traffic and waiting in line to get into the store FOR NOTHING because i ended up with the same bracelet and not the one i exchanged it for. Now i cant do anything about it until after the holidays because im traveling out of state for xmas and have no more time to address this.

The sales associate was completely rude. She barely made eye contact with us and treated us as if she didn’t want us there. Had very little patience with us despite the fact of us being in there no longer than 10 to 15 minutes.

I went in the store to spend money and buy a few things and the sales person Latsany was no help and didn’t seem to really care. I love Pandora and never have experienced such a terrible sales person.

The sales person were great and very professional. However, one lady she kicked me out of the store because I wasn't wearing a mask. I did say other people in the store that wasn't wearing a mask. So I felt like I wasn't being treated fairly.

This was my 1st ever experience at a pandora. I looked forward to it for weeks. This was a gift to myself. The sales associate was not interested in helping me make choices on charms or offering suggestions. I also for several different types of charms a d I got attitude and short answers. One of the other associates asked the ladies who wanted to take a break and my sales woman disregarded me and said she wanted a break. I understand the chaos of the holiday season. However professionalism is a must. Im from out of town so I won't be returning to this location.

staff seemed like they didn’t like myself or my girlfriend, were annoyed with us, and we’re not knowledgeable about the product

I was not greeted upon entering the store. The sales associates were both busy with other customers and I was standing in front of them for 15 minutes obviously waiting to be helped before o was even acknowledged. I had a size exchange and was purchasing another piece and it took almost a half hour of standing there to be serviced with little acknowledgment.

The associated was rude not friendly at all , i very disappointed of the service
