Customer service was not up to par. Felt like I was bothering the associate to show me things, was not too friendly.

The experience was okay but the sales associate was clearly sick with some type of something. She sounded nasally and was sniffing the whole interaction. She has a mask on but she kept letting it slip under her nose. Defeats the purpose. I didn’t see her use hand sanitizer before interacting with the merchandise and customers. During Covid, it’s unacceptable to have people working while sick

I express that I wanted to go into tge store and look for what I wanted and the customer service continue to ask me question on what I wanted while on line after I told her I didn't know. I express to the CS that what I purchase was Christmas gift and would like the charm boxes and she told me the boxes was out. I brought almost 400.00 worth of items.

There was one associate in particular that wasn't very friendly. It seems like she was bother or bored of working.

I bought my first Pandora bracelet 3 weeks ago online, when I received the bracelet they were extremely small so I brought back to my local store (a hour away from my house) that transaction went great! 2 weeks later my bracelet completely flew off my wrist while walking, thought it was weird but everything seemed fine and gathered my beads and put the bracelet back together. A few days later my bracelet completely broke. I returned to the same store again to return my broken 3week old bracelet and the sales associate was rude and said by looking at it it appeared my bracelet had been caught on something and that was the reason my bracelet broke, this was completely false, if I broke my bracelet by my own doing I would not try to return it was a defective piece. I spent over 500$ in the last month and I don’t appreciate not even getting an apology but ultimately getting accused of breaking my bracelet. In the end my bracelet was returned but I am not satisfied with the attitude and lack of customer service skills.

I wasn’t allowed in the store at all . I was told we weren’t allowed inside due to COVID. So I had to look at a catalog book to view merchandise. This made it a very stressful shopping experience.

I hate to wait over 35 min for an associate and she wasnt very happy to assist us even though I purchased something. I will have to return only because my purchase wasn't complete and they were closing.

I spend about $500 and I did not receive at least a box to put my jewelry in. Last time I was there I spend way less than than and I got a gift

I bought 4 different items at the store for four different persons I ask for a bag for each item and the manager told the person who was helping me that the store only can provide 2 bags I don’t understand that cuz if four different costumes buy the items the attire have to give a bag to each one why I don’t get a bag for each item when I spend more them 300 dollars
