Sales associate was not very knowledgeable. Told him the occasion that we were celebrating (3 to be exact) and did not make suggestions on what would be a good gift. Selection is overwhelming and sales associate should be more knowledgeable of product per occasion, etc

I liked the collections Pandora has in stores and online. Sometimes the availability of the design I was looking for wasn't in stock and prices are too expensive. The pouches too should be free with any purchases.

The pieces I was looking for was not available in my size. I was a little disappointed that every ring I asked for except for one was not available. I asked for at least 5 other rings.

1. I wasn’t given a box or bag for my purchase. It was a gift from my boyfriend that he wanted to give me later in the week but she just handed me the ring so I left wearing in. 2. I was told I have a 1 year warranty but I wasn’t given a paper to guarantee that. 3. I felt rushed out.

No sales a bit overpriced and was given only 1 bag for multiple purchases and was told I could not get more

The store clerks were very flat. There was nothing warming or exciting about walking into the store or the shopping experience. She knew a few suggestions for the special occasion that I was shopping for but it wasn't friendly or genuine customer service.

In this visit the customer service wasn’t the best . I this the sales person was having a bad day . I honestly wanted the other sales lady to help . Because the sales associate from the moment we walk in the store she didn’t want to deal with us . Hopefully next visit is better.
