When I purchased my necklace and charm I was given a only a old dusty white pouch.. but no purchased bag. I spent a good amount of money I should have had to ask for a bag for my purchases.

They didn't have more choice for a good products and the price too high about this product they should make it lawyer whoever I like some of things.

Everything is good on this visit. However, I found that there was not dust bag with my order since I got a dust bag on my last order in different stores. Are there any differences between different stores in different locations? I hope that the store would have some good deals or gifts with purchase around Christmas since I spend almost $400 on this order. I would be more happy. Thanks!

I liked that there was someone taking names for the order they were taking customers. What I didn’t but like was that they took phone numbers and said they would text us when it was our turn. Many people left the store (which I’m sure was what the point was, so t wasn’t crowded) and when it was their turn they weren’t around and the next customers had to wait until they arrived or until they decided it was time to move on to the next customer.

Firstly, I understand that it is the holiday season but a one hour wait to get an item that I already know that I would like to purchase is a little excessive. Secondly, no one told me I needed to sign in with someone in order to receive help. So I basically wasted 20 minutes of my time just standing around.
