Item needed now discontinued bought three letters two years ago along with three birthstone hearts and now need a forth and can't get. and I'm sure you won't buy back the three so I can get 4 the same.

I did not have a bad experience, but nobody really went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. Perhaps because I’m younger they didn’t expect that I would actually have bought anything, but it still would have been nice to be greeted enthusiastically. The associate who worked with me was a very nice person, I’m sure, but I just felt like the exchange could have gone smoother. I will definitely return, because I think that the rings are very pretty and affordable. On same days the associates working are friendlier than others, but that’s how it is everywhere.

Todo muy bien el trato excelente la tienda solo tiene 2 empleadas y estaban ocupadas después q me atendieron tuve q esperar a que la otra empleada terminara pq la table de la que me atendio estaba agotada.

My grandmother bought me a Pandora bracelet as a gift but the bracelet was too large. I went in to exchange it for a smaller one but was forced to purchase a 65$ replacement and stuck with the larger bracelet as well.....
