The girls working were so nice. Thy offered the best customer assistance. They tried so hard to satisfy me in every way that I ended up buying 3 rings. 2 in store 1 online.

Their was a lot of customers and only two associates. I was having trouble looking at what I wanted because associate would check out customers right on top of the instead of the register or back table. Making it hard to look at merchandise.

I wanted to buy a ring but they didn’t have the right size so I had to look for other options. It was meant for a surprise and was my only chance to buy it so I understand that can happen, still the ring that looked similar was less pricy and still bought it. Next time with more time I will purchase the exact model I want.

Sales associate was good but I am a store manager and she seemed not interested, but the manager was more helpful and pleasant

Christmas season so it’s very busy. There was a very long wait just to get inside of the store. More associates would have been helpful during the holiday season.

Really bad customer service when I went to the store. Employees to the store refused to attend us. We have to wait a great amount on time until someone attend us.
