It’s about customer service is very bad 1 spend 165$ and girl was not interested to show anything very rude and disrespectful towards me .she should be nice it’s a beginning of day for someone hope pandora trained their people .

While I was browsing one of the sales associates very rudely told me she was going to assist a customer in the same spot I was browsing when she could of kindly walked her customers around me to another spot I believe her name was Loami my sales associate was very helpful so she did excellent.

The attitude and one of the worker not knowing what to do. Customer being rude.

I wish that all the charms were visible so I could look on my own without talking to the sales staff until I was ready to purchase. I feel bad they had to take out one tray at a time. I wish I could just see all of them to make my decision without bringing another person into it.

I never select the highest rating in a survey unless I was “wow-ed.” i had no issues during my visit, the sales rep was great and very very friendly. I’m new to pandora so I’m not 100% convinced yet.
