When i walked in i was greeted by all the emloypees in a friendly manor. I was asked if i needed help or was looking for anything specific, but was also given time to browse around. I also had a very good experience checking out, the women made sure i was happy and comfortable with my purchases.

The associates that assistaned me where Adam and Denise and they where friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable off the pandora products I left with my purchase extremely satisfied

They saw My girlfriend had kind of ruined one of her birthday presents for the end of the month. One employee took her as I went with another and got my mom a charm for her birthday. The other took her to distract her to get my girlfriend a charm secretly. I will be returning for the charms that the employee who took her showed me she liked afterwards. The employees work as a great team. I would like to thank Genesis O and the red curly haired gentleman too.

Genesis was great, I have a hard time making decisions and she was so helpful and patient ! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I was highly satisfied because one of my rings broke on 9/2/17 so I called the store and Lauren answered the phone I asked her if my ring was still under warranty she said yes. I then told her that I would not be able to make it in until Monday so if they could please put on hold for me. She then told that she was going to be at the store until 4:30-5. When I showed up Monday she indeed was there and had put my ring on hold. The whole process was a breeze and I was in and out of the store. Overall an amazing experience.

Sales associate didn't provide other options. Sales associate was hesitant to show other choices after I asked. Sales associate showed and encouraged pricier options only

I wanted to make a bigger purchase with a birthday discount but they told me that came from the credit card company and I had not received it. This is my birthday month and I’d like to use it if I’m entitled as a Pandora member. So I only purchased one charm

I went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. No need to be there and socialize with anyone.
