Pandora Jewelry

The clasp on my bracelet had broken, I tried to have it fixed at a local store that sold Pandora. They did not help. So I went to the Pandora Store in the Providence Place Mall and was very happy with their help and kind response. I will go to this Pandora Store from now on. I have purchased many Pandora bracelets and beads over the years for all the girls and women in family and also for my friends.

I am always satisfied with everything especially with the assistant manager Deya. she is always attentive and caring to all of the customer including me.

I had a preconceived design when I entered the store. I was immediately welcomed by a staff member, explained what I wanted to achieve, and he helped me complete my design by offering several alternatives. As usual, I left satisfied! Success and a free bangle, which was an unexpected gift!

I cannot believe how amazing the staff is in this store. Deya was absolutely fantastic. Her up beat personality along with so much knowledge about the product in the store makes her an absolute pleasure. I look forward to my next shopping experience here, and will make sure to look for Deya during my next visit!

I always love going to this particular store. They have wonderful displays and the workers are always pleasant and helpful. It’s always bright and shiny in the store. I love looking at the sets that they have put together.

Sales person was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. She took the time to help, and did not preassure me to hurry up. I give her a A+ for that because next time i will look for her to help me. 😄
