Deya was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to let me try on multiple options and compare sizes and colors without ever making me feel rushed. She even gave me a second opinion and offered options I would not have come up with on my own- which ended up being better than what I thought I wanted! I truly enjoyed my experience at this store and will happily return for my next purchase.

My sales associate Olivia was very helpful in explaining the quality and type of rings. When I told her my ring size it was the wrong size and explained why the other jewelry could have sized me wrong. She also explained why the weather effects the fit of the rings. Olivia M. was very kind.

I was very highly satisfied with my visit in store today. After weeks of trying to talk to customer service online, I finally gave up and visited the store for a second time. Lauren and Olivia were so nice and helpful and made the return process so easy.

The seller was very helpful. She knew how to sell an item. Haha. She kept on suggesting many things that I would like and runs out I did like them

Exceptional merchandise

I was highly satisfied with the service especially given the time of the year. The sales associates were still very patient and just as pleasant. They also wanted to do the best that they can to make sure they can get me the product I wanted. While still offering suggestions and making sure that I get the best deal.

The store was inviting, staff friendly & large selection.
