As soon as I entered the store, felt the friendly atmosphere. Sales associate listen the look I was trying to achieve on my bracelet. Offered suggestions and I got the look I wanted!

Sarah the associate helping me make my selections, offered to clean my Pandora bangle and charms while I shopped. She answered all my questions and presented all sales and promotions available and in the near future. I really enjoyed her knowledge and enthusiasm of Pandora merchandise.

The cleanliness of the store, the lighting in the store was so beautiful and calming, the glass was clean and all of the charms were displayed perfectly.

Ive been collecting Pandora items for years and love the quality and personalization of items. I also always buy gifts at Pandora for loved ones and have always found something when doing so. The customer service is always fantastic.

The store showcases were beautifully displayed and the sales person Brittney was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. She assisted my husband and I in selecting gift for our daughter. She was truly very helpful to us. I will visit the store again next time we visit the Providence Place Mall!!
