I expected a bigger selection for the state-specific charms. I was only able to get the anchor charm at this location and unfortunately did not have time to check other locations for more RI-specific charms. Some states have a wide selection of state-specific charms and others have very limited options. Would like to see that standardized across the board for all states.

The treatment of the employees towards the clients is excellent. The store is well organized. The garments are of the highest quality.

I bought a pair of earrings and I love them. it was a great purchase.

Sales person very knowledgeable about product, very helpful. Bracelet was a gift and I do not live in Rhode Island or I would certainly visit this store again, hope to when I visit the area again

Sarah M. Was extremely nice and helpful during my visit. I was there to replace a ring that had lost a stone and I’ve had very little luck finding my size. Since it was my 3rd time going to the store to try and resolve this issue, she asked her manager if I could pick out a different ring, and I did and I am extremely happy with it. This kind of service is exceptional and i was very heppy and extremely satisfied with my visit. Thank you Pandora for being so attentive and understanding!
