The individual that waited on me went out of her way to find the size bracelet I wanted. She had to go into the computer to see if there were any in the store then when she discovered there were more, she went in search to find one for me. I was very impressed with her service..it would have been easier to give up when she didn't find one in the usual place they are kept. She then went on to gift wrap the purchase for me. She's a keeper! She needs to know she is excellent at what she does!

Hannah was very knowledgeable about the product and made it very easy for me to exchange my broken charm. She was pleasant and helpful since the second I walked into the store.
