I received a ring a gift but it was too small. The staff was very helping to make sure a received the correct size. Lyric was very knowledgeable in advising me the correct size to get since my fingers were very swollen.

The salesgirl was extremely helpful. She removed my charms, cleaned them and put them on a new bracelet. She also was very patient with me in selecting the options available.

We were greeted and offered help right away. All of my options for a necklace were provided to me so I could make the best choice for my taste. The associate was personable, friendly, and offered helpful suggestions and opinions. She had a great sense of humor and provided information such as pricing for various options. We enjoyed our shopping experience that was on our 25th wedding anniversary as my spouse and I were choosing a gift for me to commemorate the occasion. The associate’s happy outlook was appreciated during this not routine shopping outing for a special occasion.

I love this store. In past visits I have been helped by several people and all were great. I especially love to work with Deya and Lauren, and I call in advance to see if one of them will be there. Everyone is so nice and the energy is positive in the store. I always end up staying longer than I intend to, because they show me everything that has come in since my last visit.

Brittney was helpful, knowledgeable and so helpful is assisting me to make my selections. Due to store policy, she cold not clean my retired charms in the machine so she hand polished 36 charms plus 2 bracelets then scrubbed them. They look beautiful and she provided hints for future cleaning. Because of Brittney, I will definitely return to the providence Pandora store .

The associate that assisted me was amazing, her name was Sarah M. She was absolutely welcoming and made my experience at this location enjoyable.
