The service is amazing

I wanted something special for my girlfriend and i found it. The store employee was very knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions.

I went to the store during the winter sale, there were many customers but the staff were friendly and attentive, getting people on a wait list to avoid arguments, I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my turn, but once I got Brittney to take care of me I felt like I had her undivided attention, she took her time answering my questions and showing me pieces that she thought I would like based on my initial questions, I was amazed at how knowledgeable she is about Pandora and I got some really great pieces with her help

Brittney D. was extremely friendly, attentive, and patient! She also took the time to wrap our charms as gifts. This made us feel extremely special and worth the wait.

Employee Deyanira was more than helpful and enthusiastic when helping me find the product I was looking for. Very kind and fun and made my visit comfortable and easy. No complaints other than the low amount of staff at such a busy time during the year.

I visited the Warwick RI store and Tracy was extremely helpful. One of the best Sales Associates I have ever worked with. She was understanding and made calls to other stores to locate a replacement. She sent me to the Providence store where Kristen was equally as helpful and courteous. What I thought would be a hassle for a broken ring turned into a pleasant experience. Thank you ladies. Jim
