I visited the Providence, RI Pandora location on Saturday, 7/20. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just browsing. I was greeted by at least two associates, but Brittany helped me and encouraged me to try on a few pieces. As I did so, she offered to shine up the Pandora rings I was wearing! I eventually settled on a new ring to add to a stacked combination I had already. I mentioned it was my birthday and she gifted me with a free jewelry box as part of a promotion! She was so sweet and helpful and should be commended for her exemplary customer service. Thank you!
