Good customer service

The associate took time to explain how the bracelet worked and putting on the charms. She was very personable and helpful.

I am unsure of the sales woman’s name that helped me but she was wonderful, nice and helpful, I had my 7 year old son with me when I went to the store, and we all know boys are not easy to tame sometimes, I knew what I wanted when I went into the store as I had used the website prior to going to the store, associate was fast and helpful and had us on our way in no time.
