When I went to Pandora last week i was looking for my first pandora bracelet and to a gift for a friend. Erica helped me to find the perfect size and model for my pandora ans she was kind and helpfull. I found everything i was looking for that day. I really loved my pandora. Also she helped the receive all disccounts that was available at that time.

I went in asking for a charm the store had posted on Instagram. The associate Emily knew exactly what I was looking for and completed my transaction. I believe the manager was at the door she was managing the line and was so polite and welcoming.

I viewed two charms online, but one was out of stock on line. So, I went to the Providence Place store. It was clean, the sales associate was nice and helpful. Purchased my two lovely charms and quickly completed the purchase. Very easy and effortless.
