Really friendly, checked other displays to see if they had my size of ring, didn't know my size so she let me try a few to check on size, overall great and quickly too.

The three women working were very helpful! Also attentive to me although I was just doing an exchange. I had quite a few questions regarding the product and they were all very helpful with their answers.

Before entering the mall the mall sign said masks are encouraged. I choose to not wear my mask. Before entering your store I reviewed all signs on the door and windows before entering and there was no sign talking about wearing a mask. So I entered in without a mask. The nasty nasty sales associate took a mask out and said “You need to put these on” I said I’m sorry I didn’t see a sign on your door in regards to masks. She said well there is supposed to be one. I said no problem I don’t mind wearing a mask but you don’t have to be rude and kindly ask me to put one on. She refused to work with us and when we needed help she stayed far far away from us. She complained about us to other employees when we did nothing wrong! I respected her and she was NASTY! But that’s ok because a store employee shut her up and worked with us soooooo kindly and patiently. She was amazing and really worked hard to help us and make us happy. She went above and beyond!

Missy was very helpful in the management of management I didn't get her name was very helpful because I had brought my granddaughter a necklace and it broke and she told me I can bring it back and I never knew that

The store was not crowded. The sales assoc was nice and knew about the products
