Upon entering the store I was greeted by your sales associate Brittney Who immediately asked how she could help. Once I told her I was looking for a birthday present from my six-year-old granddaughter and told her I was interested in the Disney collection that I had seen online, she immediately showed me the line introduce me to the charms and the bracelets. I am beyond thrilled to present my special granddaughter with her special birthday gift. Thank you Brittney for all of your help… I will be back!

I love pandora but to be honest every time a go they are rude and don’t like to attend you. I went in to buy a jewelry box that I have been dying to get I have 6 bracelets and over 100 charms and a 14k gold ring that my boyfriend got me I usually shop online because of the service but I went in with my 2 best friends and LAUREN HELP us omg I love her she is wonderful her service her smiling being polite I ended up buying the jewelry box and a necklace and a set of earrings to go with it love her and I will return every time I see her Thank you LAUREN
