I went in with little to no knowledge not exactly knowing what I was looking for, but the ladies working at the time did a great job of helping me determine what would be best for me!

Jessica is an amazing sales associate, we came in having an idea of what we wanted but she helped us

The associate was very knowledge about the merchandise and listened to what I wanted. The associate also recommended some other things a may like but did not pressure me buy more.

I was highly satisfied because we came in close to closing time and Mykayla was really kind enough to help us out quickly and nicely. She answered all questions. She also made sure we were happy with the size of our rings.

I love that fact that the merchandise is cute. But the merchandise is not durable. I purchased a sea turtle charm ( which broke) and within the year warranty I changed it and then right after the year warranty it broke again. Also I purchased the bracelet of course for my charms which broke right after the year warranty was up. P.S. I love my bracelet and charms, if I don’t have it on I feel naked with out them!

This was one of my best experiences at a Pandora store. The employees were extremely friendly, and gave amazing advice. I know that there will be a next time in that store because i loved my experience so much. I highly recommend!!
