Staff didn’t seem as friendly as I am use to at other Pandora stores and I have been to a few.

Store to far to visit

The salesperson was knowledgeable but overall product I purchased was not displayed. I purchased 2 leather braided bracelets and had to request color size and price. Again not displayed anywhere in store. I have silver bracelets but enjoy wearing the leather ones casually. My one leather braid broke and needed replaced. Secondly why the price difference. I actually purchased 2 of the same just in case another one breaks. I think I paid $11.95 each vs paying more for a particular color.

Our sales associate was very nice. But her coworkers were not. We experienced a couple of problems where one item was improperly marked, and the other sales associate not ours commented oh sometimes they just change the merchandise and don't change the tags. We should have been given the price that was marked. Not our fault. The other issue was a pair of earrings which our sales associate couldn't find. It was the last pair. And none of her colleagues, apparently the manager and more experienced person did not even offer to help. When she finally found the earrings the coworker or manager went over to my friend and said to our sales associate make sure you charge her the higher price and that she can't bring these back because they're the last pair. How ignorant and inconsiderate! Worst experience I've ever had there!

They didn’t have some of the charms I was looking for

Didn't find the charm I went to purchase, but I purchase something else.

Satisfied because I went to an outlet store and the selection was at a minimum

Sales people were nice explaining the product! Show me some pieces I was looking for too . Also pick charms now to go with my bracelet I buy few years ago nice to see rose charms

It was a Pandora outlet but same prices as regular stores

On vacation not likely to visit this store again this year but I would if I came here again
